2 Star ReviewUnreliable in the long run
Strengths: Good price, good warranty (you’ll need it)
Weaknesses: With prolonged exposure to any amount of heat (even a slight amount)these will fail
Summary: I've purchase 6 of these kits over the past year and have had to replace 4 of the 12 parts. They just don't last. If you have a system with even the slighest amount of heat this memory won't last a year in that system.

Strengths: Overclock like a champ. At 5-5-5-15 2.4V, this kit pushed over 1200 Mhz. Pretty looking heat spreader
Weaknesses: Runs quite hot. Consider active cooling if possible.
Summary: It's made by Micron w/ D9GMH! Crucial binds their chip better than other maker. They are the cream of the crop and use only the best IC. They are becoming much more affordable at this point.

Strengths: Overclocking ability Reliability
Weaknesses: None
Summary: Crucial has a well-deserved reputation for making reliable memory, and this kit is no exception. Excellent overclocking ability. The only potential drawback is that 2GB may be overkill. The 1GB kit would probably be enough for most people.

Strengths: Overclocking capability! great looking heat spreaders, CL4 at 800mhz.
Weaknesses: 2.2v
Summary: These memory sticks overclock extremely well. I had 4 1gb sticks in an intel MB for a while, then i put them in my AMD one so i dont overclock them anymore, but they worked perfect while i did overclock them. Runs really fast CL4. Great price + rebate.

Strengths: Fast, overclockable, nice heat spreaders, Crucial/Micron reliability
Weaknesses: Higher voltage needed
Summary: The Crucial/Micron Ballastic DDR2 SDRAM modules have always been very good in quality and reliability. Though it needs a higher voltage to operate, it runs very well at speed. The modules are easily overclockable to higher speeds without a sweat.

Strengths: Nicely OCs good lookin heat spreaders low timings
Weaknesses: none yet
Summary: 2007-07-25 10:41:20 This memory overclocked really nicely...was able to take it to 500mHz each without an issue still keeping the CAS timings at 4-4-4-12-2T and stock voltage...Defn would recommend them esp with the prices it has now. And of course with Crucial's awesome customer service and lifetime warranty

Strengths: CAS 4, Great overclocking ability, Nice looking heatspreaders
Weaknesses: Runs a bit warm
Summary: Bought this kit at end of April and has been running great at 4-4-4-12 at 2.1V since then. Tested under memtest86 for 24 hours without an error at this voltage. I have been overclocking my E6300 with this kit for the past 2 months and the system runs smoothly without a hitch. It does get a bit warm so make sure the air flow is good inside the case.

Strengths: Micron D9, 4-4-4-12, SLI-certified, heatspreaders, headroom for overclocking, warranty
Weaknesses: MB compatability, may need to run at 2.2v
Summary: Great memory for overclocking with Micron D9 chips. SLI-certified memory with 4-4-4-12 latencies. Overclocked to over 1000 Mhz without any problems. Check motherboard for 2.2v ram voltage. Gold heatspreaders add to appearance.

Strengths: performance, looks
Weaknesses: need 2.2v
Summary: this is some of the best ddr 800 ram out there uses has 4 4 4 12 timing and are micron d9 chips spd says they are 4 4 4 12 at ddr 800 or 5 5 5 15 at ddr 1000 they look alot better in person than the pic would suggest no reason not to buy now that ram is cheap again

Strengths: easy to install, work instantly. high potential to overclock.
Weaknesses: none.
Summary: DS3, E6320. Overclocked FSB to 450Mhz. memory multiplier is 2.0. can definitely go further. I don't use this PC for gaming, so I do not see any needs to push. anyway, the memory is very decent. highly suggested

Strengths: The best chips-Micron D9, Fast and stable with low latencies, Excellent price for top notch RAM
Weaknesses: None
Summary: I love this memory. It booted right up with 1.8volts and worked great at DDR2 800 4-4-4-12-2T. I am now running at 2.1 volts and can overclock it to close to DDR2 1000 5-5-5-15-2T. This Ram won the Tom's Harware benchmarks for overclocking 9 Value-Priced DDR2-800 kits and I can see why. Rock solid.

Strengths: Highly over clockable and very sleek. Nicely priced.
Weaknesses: Is getting hot...
Summary: I have no issues with the sticks as of now and was able to maximise the speed. Its a good buy for a good price with a good stablility. Hope it has a good reliability...

Strengths: Micron Quality
Weaknesses: Price; 2.2v requirement may be too high for some motherboards
Summary: This is an excellent set of RAM for the mainstream user and overclocker alike; under the yellow heatspreaders are Micron chips (Crucial is a subsidiary of Micron).

The rated voltage of 2.2 might be a little high for some motherboards, however, so ensure that yours is capable of raising vDIMM to that level. You may not get tight timings or great speed without 2.2 volts.

I listed price as a weakness because in general these sticks are more expensive that OCZ or Corsair equivalents despite similar performance. When RAM prices fall, as they were when I bought these, those price differences shrink, presenting an opportunity to buy.
